"I went to the West Milford store to look at men's coats. I am 5'5" tall and a size medium. I found all the men's small and medium size coats on a rack 6 feet high on the wall while the extra large coats for those six feet plus guys are on the floor. Can you please explain this. A very nice associate of yours said she would assist me, would get them down off the rack for me. Really? What am I, 12? She also told me this was a corporate decision. Also I notice in your vast women's department that there are three rows of women's coats all conveniently at eye level. Well done, you lost a sale. Paul"
